If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then
Woocommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment
Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is
stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed
by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by
our store and its service providers.

We will inform you when your flower delivery is on its way.
Our delivery staff will leave your order at your front door or reception area.
He will ring your doorbell or call/text to inform you that the delivery has been
made.
Orders requesting flower delivery to hospitals, nursing homes, or senior
citizen centers will be carefully evaluated. If it’s not possible due to risk or
restriction by the institution, our staff will ask you for an alternate delivery
address.

NO-CONTACT DELIVERY POLICY

Here at Luxe Blooms Boutique, we care about the safety of our valued customers
and our hardworking team. To make sure that we are not compromising your
health or our staff’s, we will implement new guidelines with our flower deliveries.

SUBSTITUTION AND RETURN POLICY


SUBSTITUTION

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include
a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual
bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally,
substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and
market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift
you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your
arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

REFUND and REPLACE

Luxe Blooms Boutique cannot offer refunds for flower arrangements that have
already been made and delivered to addresses that clients provided (including
wrong ones). A refund can be issued for arrangements that have not yet been
made, usually 24-48 hours before the scheduled delivery. A courtesy
replacement for orchids can be done within 5 days of delivery if the issue is the
freshness of the plants/flowers. The entire arrangement (with the included
merchandise) must be returned for a replacement to be provided.
